Bob Jette

Partner

As Partner in J&H Fulfillment, Bob oversees all aspects of our business. His primary responsibilities are sales and business development. He has been in fulfillment services industry since the early 90’s. Prior to starting J&H Fulfillment, he was the former President of the Fulfillment Division of Diamond Marketing Solutions, a full-service critical Communications, direct mail, and fulfillment services company. In 2005 Mr. Jette had sold his predecessor firm, Jett Services, to Diamond Marking Solutions after a six-year growth phase sparked by introducing advanced technology based solutions for the company and their clients. In 1994, he had formed his own company, Compu-Jett, which concentrated on software design and computer integration applications.

Early in his career, he worked for Baxter Healthcare in their Information Technology group where he helped design, program and implement their management software applications.

Bob completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin, earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics. He continued his education at Chicago Booth School of Business where he earned his Master of Business Administration in 1998.



Chris Hyde

Partner

As Partner in J&H Fulfillment, Chris’ primary responsibilities are operations, procedures and client support. He has been in fulfillment services industry since the early 2000’s. Prior to founding J&H Fulfillment, he was the Customer Support Manager for Jett Services before becoming the Operations Manager of the Fulfillment Division of Diamond Marketing Solutions, a full-service critical Communications, direct mail, and fulfillment services company. In this role Chris was charged with creating, fostering and supervising all customer relations, implementation of new clients, as well as managing client projects.

Chris completed his undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Archaeology. After graduating he was the assistant controller for Archaeological projects in Central America.



Denys Petrenko

Partner

As a Partner at J&H, Denys holds the role of an end-to-end solution architect with more than fifteen years in systems design, software engineering, and integrations. His expertise lies in crafting integrated, user-centered applications that prioritize automation and self-service functionalities. Denys consistently delivers high-quality outcomes that align with clients' needs and goals.

Denys takes a holistic approach to solution design, viewing it as a unified whole rather than individual components. He effectively communicates constraints, goals, and technical details, enabling the team to make well-informed decisions more efficiently. From the overarching design vision to the tiniest details, Denys ensures a seamless and agile delivery process, resulting in accurate and timely outcomes. His dedication to clarity and adaptability drives the team towards achieving superior results.

Working with these principles allows our team to deliver high quality solutions without compromising scope.

Denys completed his undergraduate studies at the Illinois Institue of Technology, earning a Bachelor of Architecture.

Leading hundreds of successful projects from inception to triumph, she consistently delivers exceptional results. Melody's tenure of 9 years at J&H showcases her commitment and dedication to our organization and our valued clients. Lissette Bravo

Fulfillment Manager

As the head of our fulfillment team, Lisette plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients' daily fulfillment needs are met with utmost efficiency and precision. She personally engages with clients, addressing all shipping inquiries, backorders, and returns, facilitating seamless and prompt shipment of orders.
